Our Principal and founder brings with her comprehesive and diverse expertise in both private and in-house legal practice.  Jemilly’s specialty encompasses areas including but not limited to mortgage lending, complex loan agreements and commercial transactions, financial and property settlements, mortgagee sales and debt recovery across all Australian jurisdictions.

Jemilly has built an extensive foundation through experience in real estate and property law, having developed her skills during her in-house tenure at Richardson & Wrench whilst managing the legal department and vast commercial and retail leasing portfolio along with a focus on property acquisitions and conveyancing for specialised clients.

Eventually transitioning into the mortgage law space, Jemilly has a vast and dynamic skillset that she now applies to every facet of her practice. 

Jemilly holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Notre Dame Sydney and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2018.
